Question : Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. A required actions was not successful due to an unspecified error.

Hello everyone. I have a client that is getting the error "Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. A required actions was not successful due to an unspecified error." Previous to this the error was "Could not save item. A required action was not successful due to an unspecified error." when he was trying to create a new calendar item. Safe mode will not launch at all and so far:

Here are the things I tried , none of which worked.
 
Extensions Disabled.
Diagnostic boot with all non MS services and startup items off.
Office repair.
Cleaned temps.
Created new OL profile.
Print Spooler disabled.
Deleted extend.dat
renamed both \local settings\app data\ms\outlook and \app data\ms\outlook folders
Kaspersky online malware scan
 
Here's what still works:
 
New messages
New tasks
New notes
New contacts
Administrator account on his computer creates calendar items and boots to outlook in safe mode just fine.

Answer : Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. A required actions was not successful due to an unspecified error.

I ended up just creating a new user profile, this seemed to the the fastest solution given the circumstances.
