how can i distort one's  voice so it'll sound like mike jones "still tippin" or "back then"?

Answer : distorting voice

Adobe Audition has a lot of filters. Combining these filters I guess one can obtain a voice distort. I don't know how's mike jones "still tippin" or "back then".
