Question : XP Administrator/limited account

Hello I have a Windows XP machine with TWO accounts.  When I originally set up the machine I had a Administrator account called "Administrator" and a user account called "Snoopy".
The Administrator account was hidden from the welcome screen.
I acidentially made the user account a administrator on the machine.
Now it won't allow me to change the user account "Snoopy" back to a "limited account".
HELP!!!  AAAAAHHHHH!!!!!
