Whenever I boot my computer I get the message above, does anyone know how I can solve this problem???

Answer : unable to find c:\documents and settings\acer\language\web<wbr />updaterstr<wbr />ingtable_d<wbr />e.xml file

If you can't find the entry in msconfig, try Hijackthis and post the log here, all loading points usually show up in Hijackthis scan and fixing the entry should stop the message at bootup.
