Question : Domain controller can't find itself, clock is skewed
Our domain controller is also our domain time server, it provides time sync for the domain machine but its time source is itself.
Now we're having an event stating that it doesn't find itself the text is as follows:
Windows cannot find the machine account. The clocks on the client and server machines are skewed ; Source=userenv ; eventID= 1097, computer= XXXXX (itself) ; user=NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM
Answer : Domain controller can't find itself, clock is skewed
I'm still fighting with the policy to apply time settings domain-wide.
But seeing that no one is replying to this thread I'll proceed to close it
thanks all for your help
