Question : Outlook hangs and retrieving data from server

Multiple Clients have started experiencing Outlook performance issues.  The client will hang or continuously show "retrieving data from server".  Users affected also have 2 to 4 additional calendars open as they are executive level support.  Exchange 2007 sp1, rollup 3, windows server 2003 sp2 with all current updates to include disable of scalable network pack

Solution:  Exchange virus program (vendor intentionally left out) was causing RPC latency.  Contacted vendor and patch was developed to prevent.
