Question : Adobe Version Cue CS3 does not install.

At first, I thought only Adobe Encore CS3 had a start-up problem; but now, there are now 2 things wrong with Adobe CS3:
[1] Adobe Encore crashes after the Splash Screen; and,
[2] Adobe Version Cue CS3 does not install. I have attempted a reinstall of this component. To no success.

P.S. If this keeps up, I'm going to return it to the vendor I purchased this from and demand a full refund.

I had a similar problem happen to me, and I got round it using the method found here:

I dont know if this is your exact problem, but if you feel you really need Cue then its worth a shot
