Question : Offline Address Book, Outlook doesnt show any

Hi There,
I am able to download our offline address book but I am a user that is always connected to the exchange server. Our remote users who syncronize periodically are having issues. In outlook there is a field to choose what offline address book you would like to download on the offline folder settings form. However the field that says "Choose address book to download" just remains blank and does not contain any entries. Any ideas?
