Question : POP3 Connector Manager with MMC 3.0: 'MMC has detected an error in a snap-in'

I am trying to get SBS Enterprise POP connectors working and get the following message:

Error message when you use the POP3 Connector Manager with MMC 3.0: "'MMC has detected an error in a snap-in"'

I have done quite a bit of trouble shooting already and microsoft resources say that this problem was fixed in SP2 for SBS.
