Question : Spam going out on the postmaster account with MS Exchange 2003

I've noticed alot of spam going out on the postmaster account on an MS Exchange 2003 server with service pack 2 installed.

Is there a way to stop spam going out with the postmaster account?

Sounds like an NDR attack.
Configure recipient filtering and the tar pit.

and restart the SMTP Server service.
