Question : Add bcc address removes subject line

This is a strange one and is only happening to one person on our system (of course it is the prez!)

We all run Outlook 2002 (SP3) and connect to an Exchange 2003 Server. Here is the troubling pattern that happens to one of our staff members...

(1) Create a new message and enter address in to the TO field
(2) Tab down to subject line and enters text for the subject
(3) Goes back to the BCC field and enters an address
(4) Begins writing text of message and notices that subject line has disappeared

I was on his laptop one day and saw (and experienced) this challenge. This is the oddest thing I have seen in quite some time.

Any ideas on how to prevent the subject line from disappearing?
