Question : VPN Software

Hi,

I need to VPN into a server to configure IIS, have not done this before and do not have the appropriate software. Could someone please point me in the direction of some freeware software or some with an evaluation period that would be good to use?

Hi James,

Yes, it can be done!
When you said you try to add server what step did you take?
Have you made the connection successfully and getting the server can not be found? If yes, can you ping the server?  Make sure the IIS server VPN connection will provide you a IP address of its internal network or you will have to mannually assign one on the VPN Dial Property.

Let me know more detail of what you have done.
