Question : Need help with video/audio codec for portable mp4 player

I bought this mp4/mp3 player from the internet a few weeks ago and it seemed to work fine, playing both music and video that came with the player. When I uploaded some more mp3 to it it worked fine too, however, all videos I upload arent recognized, tried even converting to xvid but no luck yet.

what program can i use to get those exact settings when covnerting another video file so my player can play it?
Any ideas? help in advance.

Here is a description of what you may be up against in trying to encode video to XviD for your player.  It sounds as if it might be easier to fill it with MP3's!!
