Question : virtual machine restarting

i have a vm that is running surf control and isa. it was working fine until recently but now the processor is constantly spiking to 100% and causing the server to restart. is it restarting due to esx server doing it?  i cant see anything wrong with the server, there is scoutsvc.exe running which is taking up a lot of memory , is that dangerous??

I suggest that you check the Surf Control Website for any updated version of this particular software, download it and install them in the Server.

Please backup before initiating any upgrades.
