Question : Cannot access the clipboard after a period of time of use
|

After using the clipboard for a period of time to simply copy and paste it come up with the following error
"The clipbook Service is unavailable or is not started. Contact your system administrator to have this service started. (0x4000)
I cannot see the clipboard service in "services".
i have updated all updates
please help
