Question : Sysprep is stripping all my Microsft Office 2003 Settings

I have a standard Windows XP image that I use for our installation which contains a distribution of Microsoft Office 2003.  The problem is that after I seal the image with sysprep and then run through mini-setup on a machine, all my Office 2003 settings have  been stripped out and I go back to defaults.  Is there a way to avoid this?

Office settings are all per user.  If you make the changes and then copy your current profile to the default user profile, then these settings should be configured for all new user profiles which are created on the machine.
