Some of our users keep getting a delay and its only on some ISPs not all of them. Is there something I can do?

Ask your host to set up an A record of exchange.docseducation.com to point to your external IP.

Get your ISP to set a reverse DNS of docseducation.com on your IP

Set exchange.docseducation.com as your masquerade domain
