I have a limited internet connection "1.5 GB download and 500kb upload per month", Im not the only user on my pc so I need to limit the bandwidth for each day, ex: if they download more than 50mb per day the internet connection will be shut down automatically
note that i'm using window XP as operating system and the pc is not connected to a LAN so there is only one pc
