Question : Safari Giberish

Sorry, you will have to take it easy on me.  I am a PC person not MAC.  I hardly know how to turn on a MAC.  Anyway, I have a client that has all PC's and a 1 year old MAC.  I am not exactly sure which OS it is running, but I will be back there today.  Pretty much everything is all messed up when viewing any webpage in Safari,  Graphics for the most part do not display and even alot of text is all messed up. I performed all updates and even downloaded Firefox and still the same thing.  Any quick Ideas before I leave to go over to work on some other PC's.

Answer : Safari Giberish

1. Repair disk permissions. Go to Applications -> Utilities -> Disk Utility and repair permissions on the disk.
2. Use AppZapper http://appzapper.com/ to wipe AOL software (unless AOL provides an uninstaller - this is rare for mac software). Wipe everything AppZapper suggests which will be the AOL application itself and its stored settings. Then reinstall latest AOL application and configure it with her account information etc.
