Question : Cannot access Domain Controller Security Policy or Domain Security Policy

who knows why, but can no longer access these policies from Administration Tools in the server, I can still open GPMC, but I do need access to the local policies. I have ran GPresult and it shows that local group policy on the server under computersettings is not applied (empty) but under user settings it is applied. How can I get access back?

Are you saying you can't open the Default Domain Policy and/or the Default Domain Controller Policy through GPMC? On the domain controller itself? Have you tried with GPMC on another machine (for instance a workstation or a member server)?
