Question : Extracting a list of Mailbox Sizes

Greetings:

Situation -- four servers, two storage groups on each, four information stores in each storage group.  Over 4000 users.

How can I extract a list of mailbox sizes for all of them without having to go into each information store and exporting a list?  What is the easiest way to get a list of all users on our system with their mailbox sizes?

Can that list include such details as server name and/or information store, last login date according to exchange, login type (http or direct)?
