Question : Deleting a User Profile
Several users are still having trouble when accessing their rules from their 2003 Outlook. They are using RPC over HTTPS and it states that they cannot access rules while offline. They are not offline and I have checked everything i can. I am at the point to delete their user profile and start over. Any tips on where the user profile folder is and how to delete it? Im also open to possible fixes.

You will find profiles by going to the Mail applet in Control Panel. You can delete and re-create profiles there. Be sure to identify any local settings (like auto-signatures) before you blow away the profile so that you can re-create in the new profile. Also, it makes sense to verify the location of any .pst files or local address books before deleting the profile so that you don't have to search for them later.
Is this happening for everybody, or just a handful of users?
