Question : Email Messages Not Showing in Outlook but are in OWA

Hi,
We have exchange 2003 and email clients outlook 2003 using for the same.
One issue what I am facing today in one of our user created a folder called Faxes and created one rule to divert some faxes that rule.
After this we have also formatted and reconfigured his pc and outlook and now in faxes no faxes are showing at the same when I login into his user id through OWA (outlook web access) I can see lots of emails in Faxes folders including those arrived today
Please advise why it is not showing in his outlook folder

johnb6767:  The problem was that the messages were visible in OWA, and not in Outlook, even when Outlook was connected to Exchange.  In this scenario I'm afraid that the suggestion was not an applicable one.  If it was a case of missing from a PST then that would be different, but this is an online scenario with the items visible in OWA.
