Question : 554 5.3.0 unknown mailer error 255

One of the users received this response when emailing to a known (verified) email address.  We are using Exchange 5.5 SP3 on a Windows 2000 Server platform that has SP3 installed.  We recently migrated from Lotus Notes 5.0.3 to Exchange.

There were two attachments; one was txt file, the other was a PDF file.

Any help is very welcome.

This looks like a problem on their end.
