Question : Restore Exchange 2000 to a non-production server to retreive deleted folder

Hi,

We are running 2000 AD with Exchange 2000.  We are using BackupExec 8.6 with Exchagne agent.  An executive accidentally deleted a folder that he needs.  Exchange was not set to restore deleted items.  My question is what is the best way to restore the deleted folder?  Obviously I can't restore Exchange over the existing Exchange server.

Admin...Please delete this question.  I reapplied SP3 for Exchange 2000 and I was able to mount the database.
