Question : Auto-reply issue (Outlook 2003/Exchange 2007)
Hi,
We are using Outlook 2003 with Exchange 2007. I setup an auto-reply for an HR mailbox but when I test it, the auto-reply is received but without the body. Just a winmail.dat attachment. I have read that you need to enable auto-replies which is set in Exchange 2007. Under Hub Transport -> Remote Domains properties. And I have also set on the server to never use Rich Text. Not sure what else there is. Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance!
Dave
Answer : Auto-reply issue (Outlook 2003/Exchange 2007)
I actually figured it out. We had a transport rule for our disclaimer and for some reason when I disable that rule, the message comes through fine. Weird thing is, the disclaimer always came through fine... not sure how to resolve this.
