Question : Program running on Citrix Published Desktop needs admin rights to run
We are publishing out Citrix published desktops to our end usrs. Everything works great but we have one program that runs that needs local admin rights to the machine or it will not run. I don't want to give everyone local admin rights because then they get the "Server Roles" popup when they login and also cna see the Citrix toolbar on the right. I am wondering if there is some way we can give them or the program just enough access so it can run? Is there a program I can run to see what the program is trying to do when it starts up?
I am just wondering if anyone else has had the same problem and what they as a solution?
Answer : Program running on Citrix Published Desktop needs admin rights to run
We figured it out, it was a problem with the program itself that the vendor fixed.
