Question : Change the Licensing Mode to Remote Desktop for Administration?

How do I change the Licensing Mode from Per User or Per Device to Remote Desktop for Administration?

I dont know when or why it has been change to Per Device, but i'm only using the remote connection for administration of the server.

Hello jacobstr,

To change the server out of remote desktop administration mode you need to remove it from add/remove programs.  You can then readd in TS Administration mode

1.  Remove Terminal Server from Add/Remove Programs/Windows Components.

To install Terminal Server on a computer running Windows Server 2003:

1. Click Start, click Control Panel, and then double-click Add or Remove Programs.
2. Click Add/Remove Windows Components.
3. In the dialog box, select Terminal Server.
4. Follow the instructions in the Windows Components Wizard.
