Question : Terminal Services Profile Problem

Hello, I am a member of my company's Help Desk and I have a problem.  I have a user who logs into a server remotely using Terminal Services.  Recently, as of two weeks ago, the user has not been able to use Crystal Reports within this server.  Whenever he goes to open the report, when normally a screen would appear for him to enter information, it freezes and does not respond to anything besides exiting out of the program.  I tried to troubleshoot this by refreshing his session on the server, which did not help.  I have also checked his profile in the Active Directory to see if there was anything odd but found nothing.  I have also tried different reports with the same results.  This works on any other profile however which led me to believe there was something odd with his TS Profile.  I checked on where the profiles are stored when they are created and I found out that his did not exist.  I went to the Network Administrator and asked if he could create a profile for him because it was apparently not automatically creating itself like it is supposed to.  A profile was created and we directed the path in Active Directory to load the profile to it's location.  I had the user shut down his machine, restart, return to TS, and attempt to access any reports and the same problem occured.  I checked his TS Profile and it was there, but no information or settings were being transfered to it.  I have had the Network Admin double check his profile in the Active Directory and check the permissions on the Profile and everything matches what everyone else has.  The Network Admin pointed me towards here to attempt to find a solution for the problem we are having.

So what I really need to know is
1. Would there be any reason why the profile wouldn't automatically create itself?
2. Is there a way after manually creating the profile to ensure that his information and settings link over to his newly created profile.

Extra Information:  The Terminal Services servers are Windows Server 2003 R2 Standard Edition and the Operating System is Microsoft Windows XP

Have you tried simply dropping the user from Active Directory and recreating him/her?
