Question : Blackberry no longer synching wireless

We upgraded to Exchange 2007 recently (64 bit).  And we have BES 4.1.3.18 installed on a another server (Windows 2003, IIS 6.0, 32 bit) which also runs the www sites and MSSQL 2005.  Messages, calendar, notes, tasks, etc were updating and then everything stopped at the end of May.

As far as I know, nothing has really changed.  I attempted to send a message (via PIN) and an error message re: RPC came up.  I cannot remember exactly what though.  So I went into the Services and started Remote Procedure Call (RPC) Locator and started that.  Actually now, I can receive messages that I send from the server to my Blackberry (via PIN).

Is there anything else to maybe check?  I know we had some problems with Exchange / Outlook on the DST patch but things were working smoothly after the server upgrade.

I also have attempted to re-do the Enterprise Activation but the blackberry just says
The server is not responding.  Please contact your System Administrator.

And in my outlook, I get a message:
This message is used to carry data between the BlackBerry handheld and an associated server. Please do not delete, move or respond to this message - it will be processed by the server.
(with a bunch of gobbledygook here)

We do have a hardware Firewall set up but I don't think the DC has changed anything.  We host the servers ourselves and rely on a third party to help on a few things but this one has us stumped.  I can send / receive email from my blackberry email address but I cannot send / receive via my Exchange email

Thanks!
