I have a dell Inspiron 2650 Laptop which has caused me some headaches. In the attached JPG image, you can see that in the text inside excel on the right hand side has what appears to be the title bar behind the text. This does not only occur when excel is used, but also on other programs as well. Now, when the window is dragged back to the primary display, the funny title bar text goes away, but when it is brought back to the other side again, it re-appears.
Has anyone experienced something like this before?
