Question : Disable Delete

I have a Exchange 2003 Enterprise and I want to disable a user's ability to delete their own emails.  How do I do this?

Answer : Disable Delete

Well my first question is why would you want to do this? Who is going to manage the mailboxes?

Second you can turn on deleted item retention. You may be saying right now "but what if the hard delete something from another folder." Well there is a reg hack that will allow you to recover deleted items from any folder in Outlook.

Third you could always have a copy of messages go to another mailbox. This would be a copy that no one is aware of.
