Question : Datapump Import - Problem
Hi all,
I am newbie, we need to export a user objects from one database (Oracle 10g) and import to another database (Oracle 10g) [both in same platform,Windows XP]. I am a newbie and i have learned to export yesterday and i have exported comfortably, but i could not import. I am getting the following errors,
ORA-39001: invalid argument value
ORA-39000: bad dump file specification
ORA-31619: invalid dump file "E:\oracle\EXPDAT1.DMP"
I have used the following command,
impdp buce/infycarpool DIRECTORY=dpump_2 DUMPFILE=EXPDAT1.DMP LOGFILE=impdata.log
and i have placed EXPDAT1.DMP in correct directory because the log file is created in the location.
Kindly help me ASAP
Thanks in advance
