Question : Multivalue parameter not showing 'Select All' option in Reporting Services

Hello,

I have created a report that uses a MultiValue parameter.  In development, the MultiValue displays the Select All option with the parameter.  However, once moved to the QA server, the Select All option does not appear.  I need to have this option available.  Does anyone know why it would disappear?

Your QA server is probably on SQL 2005 SP1.

The select all was removed from SP1 but then re-introduced in SP2
