Question : add in hyperion smart view for office

Hi,

I install hyperion hmf smartview for office 9.2.0.3.0.005 whith the admin right, I used it and can remove it from add in in excel 2003 sp3, but recentely we remove the admin right.

So now I can use it but I cant remove it from the add in in exel, that cause some conflict with other add in

Solution ??

We have Windows XP SP3 and Office pro 2003 SP3.

Set the filter at the top to Include "excel.exe", to highlight "access denied", and then try and recreate the errors by launching the application..........Then go to these apps, and look for the red, and it will tell you where the permissions are shot. Open up those areas for "Users" and then test.....

Or even use the new and improved utility form Sysinternals, that contains them both....
