Question : IIS 6 Crash alot and how to use automatic restart IIS 6

I'm using IIS 6 in Windows 2003 Server and my machine is simply a PII 400, 256MB Ram box. My IIS 6 crashes everyday. How can I fix this problem? The problem is I don't even know the crash is causing by hardware or the bug on my site or a request from the user.
I have installed IISCrash&Hang Tool, it didn't help me much cuz I dont know how to use it.
The performance tool is confusing too. What do I need to look for problems in performance tool folder?

Finally, I want to use automatic recovery or restart IIS 6 option. How can I use it? Someone help? Thanks.
