Question : Word 2003 gives error faulting module hpzui4wm.dll

User either opens a new file or opens an old Word file and gets the error: Faulting application winword.exe, version 11.0.8227.0, stamp 486d648f, faulting module hpzui4wm.dll, version 61.63.461.42, stamp 45d1d099, debug? 0, fault address 0x001f852f.
She can do no more with that document. We can do CTRL+A then copy the text to a new Word 2003 file and she can continue working fine and it saves fine. If it is an old file, then she has to save it as a new name. Does not happen every day nor does it happen on a new or old file. It is running on a Win XP system with SP3. Full MS Office 2003 standard installed. Hundreds of other users in the hospital have the same setting but we have not seen this particular problem yet. Any ideas as to why?  TIA

I assume you have an HP printer installed? hpzui4wm.dll is a clue...

I'd try deleting all printers and reinstalling the drivers. If that doesn't work, try Word safe mode (start > run > type winword /a and hit enter). If that works, then step through this:
