Hello,
I have a list of 20 users where leadership wants to review their current mailbox size and the folder size break down (Calendar, Inbox, Sent Items...etc) to determine if this leadership teams truly requires an increase in their Storage Limits for their individual mailbox. I typically give myself full access to their mailbox and open their mailbox within my profile so I can right click on there mailbox and check folder size. I then type out this information.
Is there an easier way to perform this task? I perform this task typically daily as we get many mailbox increase requests.
