Question : How do I get all the latest stuff for Fedora using yum?

how can i update my /etc/yum.conf or /etc/yum.repos.d/* files, what is best to add to the list? where I use yum, many software is not availabl? I am using Fedora 10

just the 2 rpmforge (free/non-free). xine, mplayer, them all worked for me.
