Answer : Forward email to a public folder

Go into Exchange System Manager > Administrative Groups > First Administrative Group (assuming you only have one) > Folders > Public Folders -- and create a new folder called "WebSupport". Right-click the folder and choose: All tasks > Mail Enable. Open the "properties" of the folder and make sure the email address is added to the "Email Addresses" tab. Now go to the "permissions" tab and click on "client permissions". Set the "Anonymous" account to "contributor". You can now have mail sent directly to the public folder.
