Question : Bargain enterprise system image and recovery solution

Hello experts.
Can someone point me in the right direction.

We need a windows system imaging and recovery tool for 150 win2k and ws2003  machines.  We need to be able to
*schedule backups
*make live backups
*boot to a recovery environment that boots network cards and mass storage on the systems pretty reliably (we have HP servers G3, G4 & G5)

LiveState, ShadowProtect, and Echo Server are great but appear to be out of our budget range. We almost thought the ShadowProtect IT edition ($3500) might be for us,  but  as far as I can tell, backups cannot be scheduled.     I'm also going to try Snap Deploy 3  because I read it can save images as well as deploy, but I'm not sure if scheduling backups can in anyway be done with this product.

Shadowprotect (not the IT version, but the installable version) will do scheduled backups and live backups while the system is running. The IT version is meant for the technician. If you get a combination of the IT version and the installed versions you'll be best protected.
