Meeting appointments to an external email address (external to the company) receive a "not supported calendar message.ics" error msg

Answer : "not supported calendar message.ics" error msg

I couldn't say for sure, but problems I have been able to find involve blackberry and the version 4.2. Apparently the 4.5 version resolved the issue. From what I have been able to tell.
