Question : Outlook auto accept meeting request not working

Our company has currently added two conference rooms, in an attempt to "book" the room, employees are sending meeting requests to the appropriate rooms.  However, after configuring Outlook to auto accept in resource scheduling the users to do not receive an auto accept if the room is available.  What else is necessary to enable this for the users to prevent double booking and receive an auto accept?

They won't get an email back; however, Outlook does provide a confirmation dialog indicating the Conference Room has been successfully reserved.  To help further, you may wish to add the Conference Room calendars to your Outlook calendar, so you can see who has it reserved when.  Our receptionist does that for us, and she posts the daily schedule for each conference room every morning.
