Question : Outlook 2007 error

Getting an error message when closing Outlook 2007 and shutting down system and had read somewhere that there was a tool that would force the Outlook EXE file that is hanging up, closed so we do not have to reinstall Outlook.  The error is listed below and if someone could forward what and where it is, it would be appreciated.  "ERROR WMS ST Notif Window OUTLOOK"

You can go to Task Manager and close out Outlook.exe.

You need to find out what outside program is preventing you from closing Outlook. When Outlook Cannot Close, follow this troubleshooter.

Also, disable the addins. Go to Tools > Options > Other > Advanced Options > Addin Manager or COMM/Addins and disable the addins.
