Question : fonts out of focus

hello experts,

i recently formatted and reinstalled everyting on my computer,
but after the reinstall the fonts look out of focus near the center of my screen
(at the edges the fonts display correctly)
i have installed the newest nvidia drivers, (forceware 93.71)
i'm running with a dual screen setup, windows xp pro
primary monitor: iiyama vision master 1403
video card: xfx 7800 gtx

What resolution are you running at? It's rare to see a CRT limited to one refresh rate.
