Question : XP Home, Page File Error after Repair

I ran a repair on an XP Home computer. On the next boot up it said "Your system has no paging file, or the paging file is too small." There is a MS KB article about it, http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/315270, I tried the resolution step for step and it didn't work. I don't know what the next step would be and would definitely appreciate any advice. Thanks.
