Question : unable to receive mails from external domain

Hi,

I have created a mailbox on exchange server and configured the mailbox on one of the client machines.
I am able to send and receive mails internally and also able to send mail to external domain. But i am unable to receive any mails from external domains.

The error message in my external Inbox "The destination server for this recipient could not be found in Domain Name Service (DNS).  Please verify the email address and retry.  If that fails, contact your administrator." when I tried sending from external ID to the newly configured mailbox.

Answer : unable to receive mails from external domain

Goto the props of that user in AD Users and Computers, then goto the EMail addresses tab. What is the Primary SMTP address?
