Answer : Domain User can't see Flash Drive in Computer

Is it possible the domain account mounts a network drive that is the same as the one given to the device. Windows is a little stupid this way. Try logging into the domain account and go to computer management. under disk management check to see if the flash drive is listed and what letter has been assigned. If it conflicts just change the drive lettter assignment in that same window.
also does the domain user have local computer administrative rights? If not you do this in the same computer management section. go to "local users and groups" then "groups" folder then open administrators. add "domain users"
let me know if I am off the point here. Thanks.
