Question : Citrix web client hanging at "Checking your credentials"

Hello -

We have a user trying to get to a client's Presentation Server so they can access an application remotely. Here is the issue:

We can authenticate to the web site, the application list will come up, and an application is selected. Citrix fires up, and just hangs at "Checking your credentials" and goes no where. The firewall is wide open, and I have tested with a non "work" standard laptop and can access just fine inside the network.

I have verified settings for IE, enabled Active-X, uninstalled/reinstalled the Web Client. Deleted the MSLicensing Reg key. No go.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Like I said I had Wipfli log into my farm and he had no issues.

That work around may work but I have seen it not work.

Safest bet load the rollups and svc pack for Citrix
