Question : Stalled Services-Citrix MFCOM and Sevice not starting-IMA

I have four servers running PS 4.5.  I am having no problems with two of them, the other two however will not start some of the services:  IMA and MFCOM(stalls at starting).   My user account is in the DCOM users group on both servers.  Any clues as to how to get them started will be appreciated.

While I'm here there is one more thing.  I followed one of the solutjions for getting users to log in to the web interface by adding the user account to the Remote Desktop Users group.  The admin accounts can log in but the users still are not able to.  What am I missing?.

That seems to be clear.

Your SQL Uname/Pass seem to be incorrect.

1) make sure MF20.dns has the correct servername in it
2) use dsmaint config  to setup the SQL connection with the proper creds.
